A MoreHuman Experience 2nd Workshop

My whole deal is remembering, reconnecting, and reviving our stories, our relationships with others and ourselves, to strengthen our ability to thrive. As an exercise and metaphor enthusiast, I look at communication skills and self-awareness like muscles- they need quality workouts, conditioning, strength training, stretching, nutrition, and rest. In the MHE workshop, we will be doing "communication workout sets" with isolated and complex supersets to build up and strengthen your communication muscles and grow your self-awareness, all with a workout partner! Come hydrated, come alert, and come open to playing with new friends, exploring your life and stories in a very different, maybe uncomfortable, definitely exciting and intentional way, and having a more human, more you experience. See you soon.
